I had a very disappointing experience with this purchase. The product I received was faulty and did not meet the expected quality standards.

At the time of purchase, the product’s original price on the website was Rs. 11,000, and I bought it during a sale for Rs. 7,600. However, when I returned the faulty product to the store for an exchange, I was informed that the product’s current value was only Rs. 5,000. Instead of exchanging it based on the amount I had actually paid (Rs. 7,600), the store only offered me an exchange value of Rs. 5,000.

This is extremely unfair, as I should not have to bear a financial loss due to receiving a defective product. I purchased the item in good faith during a legitimate sale, and the exchange should have been based on the purchase price I paid, not the reduced current selling price. I expected a fair resolution, but instead, I was left at a significant disadvantage because of a faulty product that was not my fault.
