Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how our exchange policy works.

Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. After 7 days have passed, we're unable to offer an exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Items that are damaged, worn, or missing parts for reasons not related to our error are not eligible for exchange.

Items That Cannot Be Exchanged

The following are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Jewellery
  • Accessories
  • Bags
  • Discounted or sale-priced items (only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange)

Exception: If a sale item arrives defective or damaged, we will exchange it for the same item. Kindly contact us through any of the mediums listed below.

How Refunds Work (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your exchange has been approved or rejected.

If approved, we'll issue you a store credit code(for Online only) to use on Mocciani.com.pk toward a similar-value product. We do not offer cash/Bank refunds.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us.
